You can send medical records and any other documentation to us in one of the following ways:

 

Collection/Delivery

If you are within a 20 miles of our office, we offer a free a pick up/drop off once a week.

 

Electronic Disclosure

Please contact us for details of our secure online file sharing. If you are sending us records electronically, then we will need to print the records to sort them. All printing is charged at 10p per page. 

 

Sending Records to Us

We also accept physical records to be sent to us via recorded delivery or other secure means.

 

Please note that all turnaround times as per the service level agreement commences on receipt of all the relevant documentation and the approval of the quote, if required.
